The service
Neosrd turns a prompt or a document into an editable presentation and exports it. It is offered as-is during early access; features may change and the service may pause for maintenance.
Your content
You own what you put in and what comes out. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, render and export it for you. You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload.
AI output
Generated text and layouts can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. Review before you present. We make no promise that output is accurate, original or fit for a purpose.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to break the service or other people's workspaces, no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Pricing
Early access is free. When paid plans arrive they will be announced here and in the product before anything is charged.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the changelog with the date.
