Data processing addendum

For customers who need processor terms. Yamama Software processes personal data in your presentations on your instructions.
Roles
You are the controller of the personal data inside your prompts, documents and presentations; we are the processor. For your account data we are the controller (see the privacy policy).
Instructions
We process only to provide the service: generation, editing, rendering, export, sharing you initiate, backup. Nothing else without your written instruction.
Sub-processors
Hosting (the operator's server provider), Google (only if you use Google sign-in), an outbound email service for transactional mail, and the AI model provider selected by the operator. The current list is available on request and changes are announced in the changelog.
Security
TLS in transit, access limited to the operating team, session-scoped tenancy on every query, daily backups. Details on the security page.
Deletion and return
Export at any time. Deleting a presentation or your account removes the data as described in the privacy policy; backups age out within 14 days.
Incidents
We notify you without undue delay of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
