This explains what Neosrd (operated by Yamama Software) stores about you, why, and for how long. Plain language on purpose.
What we store
Your account (email, display name, a password hash — or none if you sign in with Google), your workspace, the presentations you create, the images you upload, share links you generate, and a log of edits so that undo and version history work.
What we do with prompts and documents
Text you type and files you import are used to generate and edit your presentation. Generation is performed by an AI model provider selected by the operator; the provider in use is shown to workspace admins in the product and named here once fixed. Prompts are not used to train models by us.
Sign-in with Google
If you use Google sign-in we receive your email address, name and whether Google has verified the address. We store nothing else from your Google account and never post on your behalf.
Emails we send
Only transactional mail: address verification, password reset, email-change confirmation. No marketing mail without separate consent.
Retention
Deleted presentations wait 30 days in the trash, then are removed. Error reports are kept 30 days. Daily backups are kept for 14 days. Deleting your account removes your workspace, presentations, uploads and share links immediately; backups age out on the same 14-day cycle.
Sharing
A share link makes that presentation viewable by anyone who has the link. Revoke it and the link goes dark. Uploaded images are served at unguessable addresses to anyone who has the address.
Your rights
Export your work at any time (PowerPoint, PDF, images). Change or delete your account from Settings. Ask us anything at the contact page.
